    you can always try hammering an oversized imperial allen key in to the bolt head thats been rounded off

    Use HEAT!!!

    If you don't have a blowtorch try slowly pouring boiled water straight from the kettle onto the nut. If the hex socket is knackered, try holding the head with a pair of mole grips or hammering a Torx bit into the hex head.

    Got the Dremell out and cut the nuts off, sometimes its not worth messing about with these things, I was always going to have to buy a new set of bolts. Only took 30 mins...
