Where can I get a new front tyre manchester or east manchester?

I'm not too clued up when it comes to the sizes of these things.
I want the widest profile possible so after doing some research am I right in saying that the 90/90-21" will be the widest for my front wheel?
And is this all I need to know when ordering a new one.

Oh and just a response to previous threads about rear lights that illuminate the reg. After breaking the plastic cover I fitted new bulbs and they work, and there's nothing a bit of super glue and bathroom silicone can't fix is there!
