Don't know what type you have graphic wise but i have perferated graphics which allow you to fit them with out them blistering but they also allow you to push out any fluid that get behind them, may not work with petrol as that will thin down the glue or seal th eedges with silicone to stop anything else getting down there

As Jason says you must use perforated graphics. It will still bubble but you can just push the bubble to the nearest hole.

There is a local shop down here which custom designs bike graphics for racing, they are very good and you can have what ever you want printed on them and i think they are a lot cheaper than the ones you buy.I only found out about them a few months ago. If you phone them with your bike details the will find the template for that model and make them for your bike.
They can do mail order and there website doesn't show bike graphics but they do on facebook, and show what they've fitted to alot of locals race bikes. might be worth a shout if your looking for new graphics
