o' a quick question, what do you think of the idea of removing the air box and replacing it with two single bent tubes running up under the tank with a foam filter in each end. your thoughts whether good or bad would be great.

if your budget will stretch 41mm keihin smooth-bores and pod filters that is the way to go I have 3 xtz 750s and i can tell you if i could afford it i would have 3 sets but unfortunately i only have 1 set but what a difference they makeyou could probibly extend tubes but i dont think you would need to as i have been up to my indicators in water and the bike still went there should be photos at xtz750.com ref bala meet to get through deep water you need to go slow and every things cool

    Wow,
this is some thread, aint read it all but you is all clever people, youre bike is going to be amazing. Good luck with it.
I clicked on youre Raid Extreme site but access seems limited.
What happens there, is it only for extremely mechanically minded folk?
