    Some extras

Well as I have had the XT for such great value it allowed me to buy some bits, stuff that I would have struggled to afford otherwise.
Touratech bling plate and very well made

An essential. Yamaha ( Acerbis) handguards and spoilers

A mount for my Quest GPS

Took the bike out for about 100 miles yesterday and overall a belter, just waiting for taller screen on its way and it should be just as I want it.
Happily sits at 75 on the m way, prob 80 with handguards and screen. Equal (and better) than the TA

    Phil

    I've had a 660r for over a year now.
I've added more or less the same bits as yourself. Took it on trails with the ADVrider group last year. Took me around the trials with no problems. Even the journey up to Mid Wales was completed in comfort.
Do you have the low speed fueling issue feeling jerky at about 30ish?

    Cheers

    Mike

    Phil

Nice to speak again glad to hear you are enjoying the bike, I put a Puig screen on mine, its only a little bit bigger than the original but it does take the wind blast off you. The original was b****y hopeless.
Give me a shout if you fancy an XT rideout soon.

Glad you are enjoying the bike, it does not matter what make or style of bike you ride, as long as you can't wait to get out on it, and it gives you a smile every time you ride it.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
