    I like the idea of bars with a damper on them to lessen the vibrations. But it would need a stopper on both ends, no?

    Otherwise, when you open up the throttle, you pull the bars towards you completely, and risk damaging the wiring, throttle, etc...

    The bolts thread into the bars to make them adjustable as well.The only movement is within the confines of the shock absorbing rubbers,neoprene i think?

    Yes! They are threaded into the bars, and therefore adjustable.

    However if it's neoprene or something else, I do not know.
    I thought Neoprene was used mainly in diving suits.
