well after some riding i decided it was time to pull the top end off and do the valve seals and guides turned out the valves where totally and utterly fecked
left one the bolt had come loose and it was a right mess the right was not much better, got a secondhand engine with good valves for lot less than the cost of new parts, so bought new seals and fitted new orings and stainless thrust plates from Nigel kimber now it does really fly yahoooooooooo
leaves the vigor for dead i tell ya
