    XT-Z 660 Tickover

    Hi guys,

after a bit of feedback and general advice, the old Tena-Lady is a bit thirsty on the old juice and trying different things to trying and squeeze a few more miles to the tankfull.

Now I'm sure I could lose a few pounds, and not carry as much crap in my top box as I do, but was looking to address a high tick over before a crash diet

Warmed up it currently runs at 1500rpm and sounds high, any tweaks adjustments or insider knowledge of best way forward appreciated.
    (It's a 96 with 40k on the clock)

I'd possibly look at overhauling the carbs and fit new needles..at 40K if it's not been done that could add upto a lower than normal MPG figure. It'll also help the engine run smoother and let you lower the tickover slightly..
