From Honda Trail Bike Wiki
The site uses the Gallery2 software package for serving images. It's fairly simple to use, but can seem a little complex initially.
On entering the Gallery, the main galleries (albums) can be seen; your images should go into one of these, or one of it's sub-galleries (sub-albums).
Gallery users must be logged on, however Gallery is integrated in to the phpBB forum software so you need to ensure that you're logged in to the forum before you can upload anything.
[edit] Add an Album
| Most images will be put into a members' own Album. An album is automatically created for you when you first access Gallery. It will be named according to your forum username. To make your own sub-album, go to your own personal album within the Members' album, and click the Add Album button.
[edit] Album naming
| Give the album a name, the easiest option being to use your forum username. Fill in the other areas, to give more information to others that will look at your album. Once you've entered all the information, click the create button. That's all you have to do, the pages that appear after the album creation are for configuring the album at a later time.
[edit] Adding pictures / items
| Click on the link to your album, so that you're able to add images to it.
To add an image, click the Add Image button. Press the browse button to search for your image, on your PC. Add the comment, giving the best description you can, as this will help the site search engine. As you can see, it's possible to add more than one picture at a time, once you've filled in all the boxes, just press the add items button.
[edit] Image link
| Once you've done that, you'll be shown your image, on the server, with a link (encased in img tags) that you can paste into the site forum to show your picture there.
In this case, pasting [img]http://www.xrv.org.uk/gallery/main.php?g2_view=core.DownloadItem&g2_itemId=984[/img] into your post will show the image.
