I've been offered a very very lightly used Arai Tour X 3 at a good price, how do you guys get on with them as I've read differing reviews on them regarding buffeting at certain speeds from the peak, how do you guys get on with that?
A massive thanks to Terry Birtles from Arai helmets.
I recently bought a second hand Arai Tour X3 helmet, after a few rides i noticed the peak would not hold up in the fully open position and would drop down very easily, i contacted Arai who advised on a few different replacement parts but...

He has 2x white, 2x multi coloured and 1x black and white in a matt scheme. The multi's were marked at £500 and he is selling for £370. Trouble is they are only in Small and medium sizes!
Hi All. I'm 6'2", wear an Arai Chaser, & find that the tall screen I have directs a massive wind blast onto my crash helmet. It doesn't have a deflector lip. When I crouch down behind the screen its lovely & silent, sit up & its all RAAAAGGGHH. Not great. Any product suggestions chaps?

Has anyone tried a varioscreen or similar with the Boano ralley fairing?
Stormforce and Chad, you're tall blokes as well, how do you find the wind noise?
I did have a Powerbronze screen years ago which was reasonable, but looked nowhere near as good as the Ralley kit (Yup, I'm a tart!)

How do I find out what colours and designs the X4 are available in, in the UK? The images on the Arai website don't seem to match up with the online stores in the UK, which are different again on the Continental online stores. I want grey, but can't seem to find it. Grrr.
I know your not supposed to paint helmets, but what type of paint can you use to cover chips or scratches on an Arai? Can you use normal car paint touch up kits?
I dropped a bloody retaining ring from a cable oiler yesterday onto my boot, which then flicked off and hit my helmet and has...
