    Hi everyone. A few years ago there was a lot of discussion about big bore kits for the XRV750. The thread kind of tailed off, and I never did read of one that actually got finished at 850cc or even bigger. Are there any completed projects out there? cheers Steve

    I'm looking for a decent condition front master cylinder from either an NX650 Dominator (1998 - 1996) or a Transalp 600 (94-96). Or possibly an XL125 Varadero (03-04). It's actually to fit to a Moto Guzzi V50, and I need an 11mm bore...... Any offers?

    What is the general perceived wisdom on running in after fitting new rings. Standard rings no re-bore, barrels not honed but lightly abraded with wet and dry. Some seem to advocate the bimble along at low revs for 500miles others to allow the engine to rev a little higher for short periods...

    I have this piston and barrel that came with some bits I bought on the underside it is stamped 102m which I assume is the size(big bore 669cc) however the piston crown has 4 valve reliefs does this mean if I fit it will it just bolt on ? I looks and feels as if it has never been used help in...

    What is the best type of piston ring compressor to use when I put my cylinder back on my dominator? Is it better to fit the piston first then slide the cylinder over it or place the piston in the bore and fiddle around underneath connecting the piston to the con rod?
