I am asking about front brake pads for XRV 650... For touring, off road use and city riding do you recommend organic brake pads or sintered? I like to ride at fast speeds [as fast as a 650 can go]..Thank you in advance..:p

Was the kind of bike I was looking at buying, but these parts prices seem absolutely staggering - is there some ludicrously-priced labour included as well, you reckon? At least the battery was cheap ;)

1999 Honda Africa Twin RD07A - Valuation Appraisal?

Just bought a new clutch cable for my 650 ta v6.
It does not have the bent bit of tubing on it.
Is this normal for replacement clutch cables?

Recently purchased a 95 transalp 600 to give me a break from my daily drive Vivaro van. I didn't want to spend a great deal, just something cheap, reliable and could be used all round, all weather. When it showed up for sale on gumtree locally, I took the plunge.
£600 bought me a...
I have a 2008 Transalp 700 and most of my riding is in and around London including my daily commute. I got my brake pads replaced both front and rear about 7,000 miles ago. My rear brake pad seems to have run out and is squealing under use. The front one is absolutely fine.

This bike was a standard '99 NX650 with tatty bodywork and a few...
