Anyone here owning a Caponord 1200 Rally?
Comparing the prices for a brand new 2016 with the new Africa Twin, the Aprilia comes out as a better deal when looking at what's included.
Okey, so no Automatic gearbox, but I did not whant that anyway.
Decided to keep the XL650 for fun trips so now looking for a reasonably priced s/h bike which will be good for long trips and eat the motorway miles.
A Caponord turned up locally (low miles/reasonable price) and it looks stunning. Can it do the biz on long trips/all day in the saddle? Emphasis...
Being offer a good deal methinks - £250 + my 2002 Sprint ST (11500miles) for a 2004 Aprillia Caponord (21k miles) - so putting up a poll question.
I really do like the look of them, saw two today - and smitten. So up to you guys - heres the details:
2004 EV1000 Caponord
I'm trying to get back onto "big trailies", AT, Varadero or possibly the Aprilia Caponord ETV1000.
The AT and Varadero, I know about - but know nothing about the Capo.
Know it can be difficult to get parts, and some love its looks, while others hate them - each to their own.
