Hi everyone, I'm a proud owner of an RD07 '95, but yesterday i noticed this on my rear rim: The rim seems to have cracks around the vent. Anyone had this issue, and is it too serious? Thanks!

My AT's on it's third headlight fairing (or 'nose cowling' as the parts book calls it). The first two developed bad cracks around the holes into which the side fairing panels connect. I've kept the old fairings with an eye to trying to repair them and have now, after many years, got a plastic...

Hello, I recently bought an LM which someone had been using as a field bike. I've pulled out the engine and found there are a couple of cracks in the cylinder head, between the spark plug thread and the valves, as well as a couple of loose valve seats. Firstly, does anyone have one that they...

Looking for a standard 650 screen (scratches are fine, cracks aren't) and a later model standard exhaust can with the tapered tips. Anyone got one or both of these kicking around and surplus to requirements?

OK, I'd thought I'd try to get rid of some scratches/cracks in the trip master screen. Armed with wet and dry, xerapol and some water I set to, after a while I stopped, happy it was getting much less scratched and not wanting to deprive the owner of such pleasure. There's a way to go so buy...

The acrylic screen on my RD 07 Tripmaster is discoloured, and shows signs of tiny cracks. As a result I am unable to read the Tripmaster clearly whilst I am riding. Is there anyway I can polish the screen to get rid of the scratches? Thanks folks. Honda XRV 750 RD 07 Honda XLV 700B

I want to fix a few broken lugs and some small cracks on my fairings. I dont want to spend a fortune on fancy plactic welding kits etc or have them done professionally. I dont see the point as im more than likely to drop her or have a skid as im a new rider, so i know they will get broken again...

just wondering if I'm right in thinking the Bridgestones are still the stickiest tyre for a standard rimmed dommie, only used on road.....I've been using Distanzas which I've never felt safe on - I thought it was just me or maybe the dusty, polished roads out here, but I've been reading about...

I mate managed to over torque the bolts for the rear Wheel. As a result a series of cracks developed around the lugs. See Pictures:

Light dark tinted screen, full of light scrathes, no cracks or missing pieces. Ideal if you apply dark tinted vinyl on it. Can be collected from Northolt.

I'm desperately looking for the above named part :) Must be in usable condition, fixing lugs must be undamaged, I don't mind fixable cracks, scratches. Color is irrelevant.

I have just bought a 96 AT, great bike from Stafford Motorcycles. There is a forum sticker on it, how do I contact the former owner? just put up a post with the reg number or is that asking for trouble. I am not after any grief just curious about it's history.

Paint scuffs and light abrasions are no bother to me because I'll be re-painting. But cracks or broken fastener holes not so good (happy to see photos if you think the damage is really minor). :D Shipping to Australia preferred but if that's too much bother for you, no worries, I'll tee up a UK...

Does anyone know if a 1986 xl600 head will fit an nx650? They use the same rockers, same bore, not sure about cam and valves though. I've just pulled my dommie down for a spruce up and it has the nasty cracks between exhaust valves and plug hole:crybaby:

Hello, I'm new to the forum - I've been pointed here by a fine member of BCF as I may be able to get some info. Changing my oil/filter yesterday I found a crack in the 'filter housing' (not sure of the proper name!), along with two other tiny ones. I'm told this is not uncommon and should be...
