    I have removed my fuel tap off my CG125 tank, and the in the hole where the fuel tap goes, there seems to be a plastic insert (looks like a tube). Can this be removed? Need to get everything removed before i flush out tank.

    Does anyone know if a Transalp 650 fuel cap will fit the 600? I want a flush fuel cap on my 600 so i can use my tank bag!

    I have just fitted my new Wiseco piston from an XR 650 but when the piston is at TDC it stops 5mm from the top of the barrel. Is it supposed to be like that or should it be flush with the top? Wouldnt that make the compression too low?

I bought a new swingarm bearing kit for the bike and when i removed the old ones i noticed there are no stoppers for the bearings to sit up...

    My radiators have a good build up of limescale which i would like to remove thinking of using this Halfords | Holts Radflush 2-Step (2x250ml) or this Halfords | Bars Flush Cooling System Cleaner anyone used these? are they safe to use on a motorbike?!

    Just found myself a 1998 TA, not been used for a couple of years, next job to change oil and filter, is using a engine flush a good idea or just a way of getting you to to spend more money. Nigel
