A strange request I know, but does anyone have any old front brake discs for an RD04 lying around?
I’m upcycling an unserviceable front wheel into a clock for my garage and I think it’ll look better with a disc on it.
Happy to pay for postage.

My "front-end" saga continues with the discovery of seized brake caliper pistons and brittle caliper piston seals (that have been in there since 2001)
Having never done this before.....Is this piston good for re-use? It seems to slide in and out of the bore ok, but looks a bit pitted/scored?

Just asking if anybody has experience with JT’s rubber front sprocket on the XRV?
We all know why many use the OE Honda front sprocket but since they cost about €30-35 and the JT cost about €15-20 it could be just as good..
Just for reference the JT sprocket is JTF296-16RB.

According to this manual the front wheel offset is given as 22.25mm from the disk to the rim, this is probably ok for my '98 as nothing much changed from the RD02 model on...
