Can anyone advise me as to which silver paint to use on the fork stanchions,should i wire brush them down paint and laquer? or is there any particular paint thats best? or any proven method of doing this job?

Hi, I have an RD04 and i can buy an Arrow exhaust thats from an RD03. Does it fit? are exhausts for rd03 and 04 swappable? not only the muffler but I mean the whole line! some minor adjustements can be made offcourse... greetz, Raf

Wen the engine is cold i dont get any clutch slip but wen the engine is hot i get clutch slip can any1 advise me on what i shud do to solve this problem. I was going to buy new friction plates an see if thats solves the problem. Also will i need any special tools to change the clutch?

Hi , I am rebuilding a XL 100S 1980 thats been in the family for about 30 years and am having problems fillin the forks with oil. Haynes says 120cc per leg of ATF with this amount legs are very solid tried with 100 cc and still the same Is there air trapped or is this the wrong volume of oil...

well its almost finished , still havent decided on the paint yet but probably sticking with the Olive drab thats on the rear end . Handles well and a little bit more jetting to do and then its finished

Just noticed one of the local Honda dealers has closed its doors. Pidcocks Honda have relinquished their Honda dealership. The premises remain and they have moved their Triumph dealership there. Oh well, thats where I used to go for bits etc.
