found this on Ebay (HONDA XL700V TRANSALP ACCESSORY LOOM | eBay) and was wondering if this simply plugs into the bike (if so where is the connector...) allowing for multiple connections of accessories and if this is the case...

Just getting back on a bike after some time, I was going to buy a BMW F650 GS Dakar until I looked at the Honda XL700V Transalp. Please can you try to be unbiased and let me know which bike could be the right one. It will be manly used for work.

I have a BMW R1200GS, Mrs Jonothan has a Guzzi Breva 750ie Touring and Master Jonothan, now 20 and two years post test is about to get a new Transalp 700.
He didn't want a BMW and as we're all off to Thailand in August...
