A 1962? MG1-T Yamaha's competitor against the Honda CT200 & CT90. Very rare in UK, only one?, I had never heard of them before today.
80cc rotary inlet valve 2-stroke engine 4 BHP
I'm Marco from Belgium. I have an RD04 from 1990. It's a great bike, but has had some bad owners that didn't maintain it. :(
I have replaced the rubber inlet seals, valve cover seals, fuel hoses, blablabla... =)
Now i am left with one part: a screw, a tiny washer and something on...
Just wondered if anyone ever found or has a service manual for the NX650 Dominator for models newer than 88-89? The 88/89 is the only one I can find so far, and it's missing a few things for newer models such as my '95, for example the rear disk brake, the shorter inlet manifold, the different...
Hi all - I have a US spec '79 XL500s-Z and I want to eliminate the US crankcase breather/collector, does the UK version have a plain pipe from crank case to air inlet rubber? Has anybody any other solution?
Has anyone fitted a flatside carb to their dommie?
I have sorted out a RD08 inlet manifold and have the jets and needle required on order from a guy in Holland as they dont seem to be available in the uk and he has to order the needle from the Japan which will be another two weeks.
I am looking for an inlet manifold rubber for the Keihin flatside I bought for christmas.
I have been looking for a GB500 one but they are as rare as a honest politician.
The FX650 seems to be pointing to one side and the research I have done says that the carb should be on a five degree upward...
A few parts required to go on a '70's MT 250, I think may be 125 or 185 parts are the same? Rear Brake Plate Arm, Cable to suit, Carb' and inlet manifold and a n/s Side cover that goes over the oil tank. Might consider a donor bike if necessary.
All I need from the brakeline is the top steel block. Could come from another bike if the upper block is the same. Would buy several if available.
Also need ASAP the plastic inlet for the rear MC. Mine is broken at the neck. Part # 43503-MS8-006 and available on most Transalp...
The Haynes manual 3919 says that the inlet valves are covered by a cover and the exhaust valve is covered by a cap. My bike seems to have covers for both. Is that normal, maybe an evolution towards the 700? My bike is a 2007, so the last year of the 650.
The MC inlet isn't the usual European 10mmx1, but rather 10mmx1.25 I suspect
My RD03 didn't come with the hydraulic fitting pictured below. What is its purpose? Could it be an adapter to a 10mmx1.0 thread?
Part # is 45127-KA3-831 and found on many Hondas
Just bought a Fuel Exhaust for my 650 Tranny and on their website it says this for sealing the exhaust connection:
"You can use everyday bathroom and shower sealant as long as it is silicone based. Just use it sparingly around the inlet of the end can and also inside the pipe which mates up...
Occasionally, and normally when blipping the throttle when not under load, either cornering or at lights etc - I get a back fire into the airbox.
You feel a momentary loss of power and then its fine again.
Anyone know where to look, is it an inlet valve or more likely a fueling issue?
Hi everyone, been lurking around on here for a few months enjoying the chat but, what d'ya know, now I need some help, or information if anyone can help.
I have a XR500 1983 I think, the engine type with "RFVC" cast on the rocker cover, anyway, the inlet valve cam followers are toast and need...
