I'm organising another Piel Island Rally, Weekend of 7/8th June. Same as the event Austin organised in 2010 and 2011.

Took the scenic route back after the 'milk run', and despite the clear message of 'don't bother', I did. Very satisfying, wet boots not dampening the enjoyment.

My gear lever is a bit loose and doesn't seem to have enough left to tighten it to the shaft.
I've looked on line for a replacement but they seem few and far between on this island.
Do alternative models have the same ones?
Or shall I break out the Dremel clone and 'adjust' the gap? :)

The Landlord and Landlady at the Ship on Piel Island, Barrow in Furness have reserved the weekend of 11th and12th June for the XRV Piel Island meet. This is already in the calendar.

I haven't approached either the King of Piel or the Scottish Forestry commission yet, but thought about the following dates and outline arrangements for these events this year:
