    Hi All, I was wanting to get rid of the air box and put a K&N filter or similar on and wanted any advice on size, type or shape. As you can see from the attached it must be possible. Also probably need re jetting so again any or all advice welcomed. BTW K&N were less than helpful when I asked...

    Hi! I'm struggling (failing) to find throttle slides for RD04 anywhere, anyone know. Do i have to search for it using any particular measurements? not finding anything when searching for slides for RD04!? does the RD07's fit? Also looking for a main jet needle. Appreciate the help

    Where can I purchase two main needle jets (the long needles attached to the carb slide)? I know the part number but am unable to find anyone stocking this item. Addition to this post- I found that Rugged Roads stock the items (stocked as "Fuel Needles"..!!!) . However they have two part numbers...

    Just need someone to confirm correct positions of needle jet holders on RD04. There is 3 hole and 5 hole, so which one goes to which cylinder?

    I have been scouring the net to find a carb needle and jets to set up a Keihin FCR 41 carb I found on ebay.     what is the part number for pilot jet for dominator keihen VE carb ie n424-21 I want to order a few bigger ones than standard so need the keihen number not honda part number but I am unsure which is the correct part,also who is best to order from thanks

    Have looked on the net & cant seem to find a 70, Wemoto have 78, Manhattan have 72. Anybody got a part number & supplier??

    Hi I have recently bought a low miles XR which came with a DEP alloy can Bike performs well & jetting seems ok for it However it is noisier - but not so bad I also got the standard can too (heavy) Do they run better & quieter with stock can?

    Does anyone on here jet wash their chain , I'm having a bit of a barney with some riders that jet wash it . Does it not force in the water into the links and compromise the seals.

    Hello I'm looking at fitting a DEP S7 exhaust (rear section), to my 2000 XR400. The outlet selling the kit reckons on retaining standard jetting, which my bike currently runs... anyone able to advise? Thanks in advance Mayhem

    hi,wondering if anyone can advise me on a 1983 imported from California honda xr200r,i'm wondering if i have to change the jets in the carb for running in the u.k or do anything else to the carb,any advice appreciated?many thanks in advice!

    well its almost finished , still havent decided on the paint yet but probably sticking with the Olive drab thats on the rear end . Handles well and a little bit more jetting to do and then its finished
