    What's it worth?
Hope some of you learned folk might be able to help. Set of gold rims on fleabay Would they be worth buying and keeping as spares. One photo shows a touch of corrosion on the valve hole. If needed would it cost a fortune to re anodise them?

Sorry for not keeping uptodate on the forum for the last few months. Life has served me a couple of curved balls, some real mind benders. Problem not solved but got my head round it. So I can't wait to meet the usual crowd, over a few beers, and a camp fire, it should be an entertaining 10...

    Dominator / FMX
Hello all. I'm new to the forum and need some advice please. I've just bought a 1989 Domi and I am planning to make a flat tracker(ish) bike out of it. I will be keeping the 21" front end with the standard forks. My questions is, is the fork brace necessary as many of the domies I've seen...
  7. What were they called?

    Chatter
What were they called, and can you still get them? Years ago, when I was a lad, some of the more wealthier kids had these pipe cleaner brush kind of things wrapped around the wheel hubs on their push bikes. As they cycled along, the brush spun on the hubs keeping them and some of the spokes...

    Chatter
The old advert thread was a good one so... Cartoons from when you were a kid, they just don't make em like they used to! I used to love watching Foghorn Leghorn Never pay again for live sex! | Hot girls doing naughty stuff for free! | Chat for free!

    XR
When I used to race my XR400 I had a problem keeping track of time...until a friend suggested this... They're cheap...about £4 & it's waterproof. I wrapped it around the bar pad...an item that is also a good place to store spare tyraps.
  14. Keeping rubber rubbery

    Mechanical Advice
The schoolboy in me still finds "rubber" funny. Anyway. Since I've been dismantling the TA I've found a few rubber grommets and knobs (there's another) that I'd like to lubricate (stop it) before I put it all back together. What does one use to keep your rubber slippery (behave)? Sorry about...
  15. Tips for keeping mirrors clear?

    Mechanical Advice
As a relatively new rider I was wondering if anyone has any useful tips for keeping mirrors clear in wet or cold conditions? Obviously I dont have the luxury of heated mirrors so on a frosty morning its a little difficult to see anything useful thanks Andy
  16. Keeping up with XR's off road?

    Transalp
Just wandering to what extent you can use the 600 TA off road and would it be able to keep up with a XR250 and a XR400 bearing in mind I’ve never ridden off road before and have a shoulder problem so picking it up all the time would be an issue?
