Just debaffled my Vigor using a 64mm holesaw, not been able to do the 175 carb jet mod today...... But gave her a quick run out. Unsure if I like the loudness? Will get round to doing the 175 jet next week but think I may get some DB killers made, not quite sure yet. Had straight throughs...
new to the site, so excuse any mishaps!
I am looking for an XRV (new to the bike also). I am in Manchester. I have done the usual , Ebay, Pre loved, Gum tree, etc but feel people are asking for too much on FLea Bay!

I am sure that some members are are aware that tomorrow is the day that Marty Mc Fly went back in time in Back To The Future 2 to save his old fella in that tuned up stainless steel flop of a car.
How many of you lot watched the film and believed that all of the stuff you saw in the film back...
I loved the old Google Maps.
Easy to work with, and I loved the way one could place the figure on almost any road and see the pictures and find out if the road was worth riding.
Although Google introduced the new Google Maps I could still use the old Google Maps though different web adresses...
I nearly bought a Transalp when they first came out. But didn't. Loved the look of it though. Now, I've just bought a 2004 Transalp. Question: does old style bodywork from the original fit a 2004 or has the frame changed as well as the bodywork on the later ones. It's not such a stupid question...
I am on the look out for the next rebuilt project, need to put some of this new found knowledge to use;).
Preferably RD07A. Cosmetic damage, accident damaged, right off, engine problems anything considered.
If anyone hears about anything languishing unloved that needs saving from the breakers...
Went for a ride last weekend and stopped to get fuel. Came out and there was a guy stood looking over my @t. He'd been refuelling his Ducati monster. Said he'd always loved the twin and quoted "if the world went wrong and imploded on itself, there'd always still be an @T on the go" and I...
In my lifetime, never has a Prime Minister been equally loved and loathed. Love her or hate her, right or wrong, the Iron lady stuck to her convictions.
So, your thoughts, and perhaps time for a new poll.
sorry if this as already been posted, I couldn't find an existing post but I'm usually behind the crowd . Just heard on the radio that Wilko Johnson has terminal cancer and is doing a farewell tour Wilko Johnson announces farewell tour | Music | guardian.co.uk . Sad news indeed (well...
New can.
Always loved the look of these, and it sounds nice too. Bit louder, but not too much.
Bit quieter even in some ways, compared to the by now rather breezy stock item. With a little help from WD40, to make sure it doesn't get loose.
I used to have a 1991 Transalp. I loved it dearly but the day came when she had to go. I sold her on her to Dr.Nick...I regretted selling her before he arrived to collect it.
I have had plenty of other bikes some faster, all more expensive but I've always fancied a Transalp again, even if it's...
Hi all can anyone help. I am after a cheep fix for my transalp 600v 1993. The rear wheel on my much loved winter hack is badly corroded and i am looking to replace it but they are like rocking horse poo to find. Does anyone know if a wheel of any other bikes fit without to much messing around...
I was in my local Honda dealers a couple od days ago ( don't get any ideas I was having lunch ). They had a couple of Gold Wings for sale so I took the opportunity to sit on one. For such a large bike I found it really cramped!! Guess I won't be having one then.
ps Sian loved the pillion seat.
I absolutely loved this series when it first came out, but I do wonder if it would be politically correct enough to re-run on TV?
I bought the DVD boxed set, but clearly could have watched it on YouTube
Game On - Series 2 Episode 3 - Double Hard Bastards & Girly Shirt Lifting Tosspieces -...
How about this then?
My old Honda C90 was sorned in 2006 and put away. It's been started once since then so my son could play in the garden on it but apart from that it's laid unloved.
Well we dug it out the shed and put some in some fresh fuel and drained the carb and low and behold despite...
Took a fully kitted out crosstourer today and I seriously want one!!!! This bike is absolutely superb!! It is without a doubt the best all rounder on the market - I loved the handling and engine of the 1050 tiger but this beats it hands down!!! GS owners - go and try one - its brilliant!
