    on the xl model carb which position is the choke on/open?. is is with the lever uppermost or in its lowest position. bike only starts with lever in lowest position[butterfly shut] then cuts out in uppermost position thanks

    What's the lowest RPM you could get the AT down to at 70mph do you think? It still pulls like a train from 70mph so it's well under geared. I guess it would still pull at 4000rpm? Got some long trips planned and want to smooth it out. Is the speedo wheel or gearbox driven?
