can anyone tell me the correct way up for the forked arm on the rear suspension of a 650 tranny.
mine is fitted with the lower shock absorber mounting lug being lower than the pivot point but this photograph shows it the other way up ie with the shock mounting above the pivot
Was out on me sunday run when suddenly i saw the left hand fairing panel moving .when i stopped on investigation the top lug underneath that slides on has broken ,stuck it withe double sided tape for now , that will have to do, till i come up with a solution

The clear out continues. 2 KTM front mudguards and sets of hand guards all unused. One of the mudguards has a lug missing but is still perfectly useable.
£20 collection or £25 posted.
Will go on ebay on Sunday if no takers.
I've got to weld a new bash plate mounting lug on my RD07. Obviously I don't want to fry anything, what do I need to disconnect or unplug? The lug is where the LH engine crash bar mounts.
