Hello, fellow riders - spring time is coming!
I just bought an Arrow Paris Dakar exhaust for my RD04, but when trying to mount it, I found that I can´t fit it, as long as I have my luggage rack on - and I don´t remember which brand it is... So, guys and dolls, may I ask for your recommended...
I have recently removed all these items from my 87 TA. As you will see in the pictures that they are differing condition. Some have lugs missing, some have scratches etc
Also included is a red nose cone which I originally bought off ebay to replace the butchered one in the pics.
Have a RD07a 2001 which has the standard metal luggage rack with a black plastic part on top that accepts a D shackle type lock. I've just acquired a Givi Trekker top box and was wondering if I need to remove the plastic Honda part in order to fit an adaptor plate.... & which adaptor plate I...
2000 Honda Transalp XL650V owned by me since 2005. I have moved around a lot in those 11 years so the bike spent long periods in storage but always dry and undercover. It was purchased in Holland and imported by me so a full european spec model. Headlight passes MOT no problem and has been...
I have an XR400RY X reg (2000) in red 8541kms/5307miles. 5 previous owners, very pretty and clean, it’s in lovely nick, and (rarely) is standard spec and unmolested.
The MOT certificates that I have appear to give reassurance that the mileage is correct and reads as follows…..
Pretty amazing and the more I look at this kit, the more it makes sense for a super lightweight option on a enduro type machine or those not wanting 2cwt of steel and ally luggage rack!.

I've just bought a second hand genuine Honda Luggage side pannier rack for a Transalp XL700. Unfortunately there are no instructions with the kit :(. As it appears that installation requires cutting into plastic, I would be grateful if anyone with the same kit still had the installation...
Decided to finish my project, but due to selling a few parts in the past, I'm unable to do so.

After being messed about for 2 months by Touratech I am looking for a Single seat system with the luggage rack extension, any condition considered.
I may consider an original dual seat that I will convert myself.
Africa Twin side panels and damaged tank
Will fit rd07 and rd07a. Good condition. Left one has scrape in it, probably off a luggage rack. No cracks. Originally intended for a project to cosmetically remodel my rd07. Never got round to it and I need to clear the shed. Also a damaged red rd07...
Hello,I am wondering if anyone has the following combination of exhaust & luggage rack on the TA?
I have a low mileage 07 plate TA and it currently has the stock exhaust & the Givi PL pannier rack attached.
I would like to get an arrow full system fitted, but am wondering if it will fit...
The varadero has a nice big underseat storage area which honda helpfully ruin by moulding in a wheel shaped bulge that the wheel doesnt go anywhere near, even if you take the shock out, and a bracket thingy and hook that only fits the Honda D lock, by coincidence!
I've been fed up with this for...
So here comes the first of my many newb questions :)
Oh, and it's a Austrian '91 AT - which, I think, makes it an RD04?
Anyhoo, it came with a Givi Maxi top box and, as I hate, top boxes with a loathing and a passion, I removed it, along with the AT baseplate only to find a rather sad, and...
I have a 91 RD04 and are looking for the original rear luggage rack, I have the GIVI box and plate which I want to remove ( yep the classic red, blue and white one).. any pixs also interesting as I dont even know what it looks like..
since day one of owning thee bike, I have always experienced a bit of a wobble if I took my hands off the handlebar. New tyres, old tyres, bike loaded, bike not loaded, top box on or off, nothing seemed to make much of a difference. It wasn't a major tank slapper but just a gentle wobble...
