Is there anyone local to me, sittingbourne who can make me a rear luggage rack for magadan soft luggage, with a rotopax fuel container on the opposite side of the exhaust and being braced across the rear, it needs to be lightweight neat and tidy.
I have been looking for a front wheel for my RD04 in a better condition than my current one for a long time.
Now I have been offered a pretty neat wheel .... but from a XRV 650.
Beside the missing disc... is it plug and play?

I was cutting some lefover perspex from making ANOTHER bike screen using a jigsaw with a tile cutting blade. Nice neat cut but when i finished the cut had welded itself together again with the generated heat! And its a neat weld and strong as well. Couldnt split the cut without risking breaking...
I saw one yesterday and I thought it looked really neat with its travel boxes and all.
Anyone have any comment on these bikes? They seem ideal with all these mental fuel prices. And big enough to be comfortable on a long trip....
The only bad thing I read was that the engine is "quite spunky"...
Been fiddling around trying to wire my Trailtech Vapor into the existing loom, come to the conclusion there's no easy way and that I need to cut some wires then connect to the Vapor.
Problem is I want to find a neat way of splicing two wires. The Trailtech has some neat mini-crimp ferrules...
