the aftermarket is too expensive and new OEM as well . i see a lot of good rear shocks in good condition and cheap as well from other bikes

Question for the gurus please. I found this Facet pump: "Facet FEP04SV Posi-flo Electric Fuel Pump 1.5-4 Psi Includes Clamps fittings"
The psi is 1.5-4 and flow is 25Gph. Will ot work as a replacement to the oem pump?
My current sprocket setup is -1 front and +3 in the rear. I like this, but I'd like to get better mileage on the road and I want an OEM 16T front for reduced wear on the shaft. Thinking of changing my chain and go to just +1 in the rear or should I go with the stock 46 tooth rear sprocket?
So my Transalp Gaiters have more holes than swis cheese and look unsightly.

1. Can I just remove them and not replace? Alternatives available?
2. How hard is it to remove the forks and put them back properly?

I was lucky enough to source a slightly used Boano tank.
The fasteners that were on the tank do not have the smaller "inner" piece that accepts the twist stud.
Can anyone tell me if the Boano kit comes with these or does one drill out the riveted pieces on the OEM tank and use?
