The bike starts quite easy, & the engine sounds really good. (my main reason for paying a good price for the bike)

Fuel pump playing up again, going to swap the points but would like to pick up a spare. RD03 pumps don't seem to be available but pumps for later models are.

I'd like to experiment with a modification to the rear brake lever of my XL700 Transalp but want to keep my original lever in case it goes horribly wrong!
