2. How hard is it to remove the forks and put them back properly?
3. How hard is it to align them once back in? do they just 'fall...

Need some advice how to get a properly made rear rim fitted to my hub after rear rim has rotted away on my 1995 model. Discovered it when I was pulling off the tire for the first time on my 1995 model. How do you fit the hose by the way, do you use rim lock ? Thanks.
Anyone used these? With the cylinder head locating tab in the correct postion they don't seem to allow the clamp/clip with the tab to line up properly. It ends up fouling on the valve cover and slanting diagonally across the rubber. There are two different clamps and I have them installed the...
It seems my tacho is showing the RPM wrong. When idling at ~1000rpm, the tacho stays at 0 and just vibrates slightly. As soon as I open the throttle it moves upwards quickly, but doesn't catch up properly until around 4-5000 rpm. Any ideas what may be causing this? I think it's always been...
Anyone suggest a sensibly priced source please?
I am doing my NX4 and a bit surprised how much weight the wheel needs to balance properly!! Stick on weights will do for the time being, but not much use off road I suspect! ;-)
OK plastics cleaned and polished.
What is the best way to clean up the bash plate?
I've got metal polish but before I polish I need to get it properly cleaned up. What's best? A brillo pad? A wool disc on a drill?
Any suggestions or tips greatly appreciated

Good afternoon people.
