trying to remove the headstock bearing outer race on my 2010 700 from the headstock but the inner diameter of the outer race is bigger than the shoulder it sits on :(
no edge at all to get to to knock them out.
Any tips or tricks ?
I’ve seen these a few times over the years (mostly Riky Cross) and I’m considering hunting one down.
Any opinions or suggestions as to problems etc, availability or even if anyone has one knocking around?
I know there was a chrome one on fleabay a few months ago so I reckon the chances...
Hi guys, I'm looking to get some more agressive tyres for my XRV 750 RD07 1996, as I will be riding a lot of sand and dirt here in Australia.
I have until now run Mitas E07, but would love a bit more grip in the sand.
I am looking at a TKC 80 for the front.
Interested in the new Motoz...
The whole bike is now fully restored. Now that I am trying to fit the rear wheel, it looks like the combination of wheel and spacers (one on each side) is 4mm too wide. I really don't know what to think even though I have attempted a dozen times to refit the wheel. Can the trailing have...
Is there anyone local to me, sittingbourne who can make me a rear luggage rack for magadan soft luggage, with a rotopax fuel container on the opposite side of the exhaust and being braced across the rear, it needs to be lightweight neat and tidy.
Just repairing my Cat C purchase and after a few bits.
Previous owner de-catted by removing the collector box and using an older through pipe without the junction so I need the full section from 2-->1 join including box back to where it joins the tail pipe.
Also after some luggage, ideally hard...

He starts back at technical college in january for some book...
I have recently removed all these items from my 87 TA. As you will see in the pictures that they are differing condition. Some have lugs missing, some have scratches etc
Also included is a red nose cone which I originally bought off ebay to replace the butchered one in the pics.
The manual states max 27kg load weight but only 10kg on the rear rack, understand the recommendation but I'm sure riders exceeded this limit =) The reason I wonder is that I'm interested in the 58l Trekker Outback, the manufacturer blinds the specifications like their football team dives but...
Does any one have a pannier rack " tube square type one like touratect, for sale really only need exhaust side but would buy a pair ,
Condition really not to important as long as its not to bent .
Mine sits to far out from exhaust for my liking and would like one to experiment with before take...
I took the TA to work yesterday. It was frosty so I selected the correct rider mode, adjusted the screen for the speed I would be travelling, adjusted the suspension, de selected, the traction control, selected launch control, adjusted the lean control abs etc:toothy10:
Nah not really I...
ever get the feeling bikes are getting too complicated?
Triumph Tiger Explorer review
.... the bike in question (or, at least, the full-spec option) features semi-active suspension, cornering ABS, cruise control, a torque-assist clutch, a Hill-Hold 'handbrake' function, a traction control...
So guys, with the cam cover removed one would next be expected to remove the head bolts. The 12mm bolts inside the engine look all nice and good, a nice socket shouldn't have any issues with these. Problem is the 12mm one at the front of the bike which is exposed, rusty as a wreck at the bottom...
