rear shock

    Hi new to this forum, and suffering from ducks disease i want to lower my 650 ta been told sv650 curvy rear shock will fit,and is 10 mm shorter, any confirm od debunk this please.

    I'm thinking of buying a YSS to replace the very tired original shock. I bought one for my 750AT and it jacked the rear up by 3". Nice shock but the seat is high now. Is the Transalp YSS the same deal ?

    How the heck do you get a C spanner onto the shock locknut and adjuster nut without cutting the back end off the bike? Its got me stumped. TIA.
