    I'm looking for the 'universal' type racks, i.e. with the rounded corner rectangular frame. I'd like the LHS to match the RHS in terms of how much they 'stick out' from the bike. What options are there, pros & cons?

    Hi all I have a very spongy front brake (XLV650V5) which I tried to bleed. the problem is one of the screws holding the master resivour cap on is rounded ie the star socket is smooth. Question is how do I get it loosended/out? Graeme

    Ive done it again. Rounded another screw. Why are the XRV bolts and screws so crap? This time its the brake fluid reservoir. Just topped up with new fluid and the screw round on me. I need to get back in to flatten the diaphram out (put it back in, in its cone shape!!!). Any ideas? I just...

    Probably a stupid question but......when changing all my rear bearings last time home, I noticed the main retaining nut on the rear axial is starting to round off. Do I have to get an entire new nut and bolt set, or can I just nip down the local hardware shop/auto supplier and get a similar one...

    Knew I shoulda replaced those corroded hex head fairing nuts ages ago. Now the one holding my LHS fairing cowl in place is stuck solid. :( Any top tips for getting the pesky thing out? :)
