I was thinking about how there just isn't an equivalent to the TA 600 in todays marketplace. It's all either 250cc or 750cc bikes. The 700 translp is just plain ugly. I think the 600 transalp is still the best looking one, a real design classic.
If Honda re-released the 600, everything exactly...
During my search for an XR400 which I bought, I've come across one more that is in stunning condition, low miles (1500km) and with an owner who looks after her.

If anyone would like the details of Dave...
I've decided that my XR650L project is not ever going to get finished and plan to break the bike for parts.
Forum rules suggest that I shouldn't list an item without a price but it's going to be tricky in this case :) If you're interested in parts please PM me and don't reply to the thread.
Hi I`m new to the forum so don`t know if I should be offering my surplus item`s this way but I have a excellent Dakar tank and rear touring rack complete with luggage and a Kolpin 4L tank which would make your XL 600 into a cracking tourer I see that you have a link to Ebay these items are...

Just come back from France where not one Biker wore reflective anything.
As I'm going there soon on the bike I was expecting to have to wear reflective jacket or some sort of stripy thing.
I thought there was a new law.
Does anyone know the rules and if there is a law, do they just ignore it?

I hope I'm not breaking any rules with this post. I've read the rules, but mods please delete if this breaks any rules and accept my apologies. I know RD03 stands are hard to come by. I've just ordered one from a breaker in Greece who sorted me a headlight protector in 4 days. He has a couple...

Is anyone familiar with the M.O.T regulations regarding auxiliary lights on bikes?. I have to get Dads' bike M.o.t'd at the end of the month and since the last M.o.t auxiliary lights were added and I am not sure whether they come under a specific category which isn't included or whether because...
