    Hi I am trying to check/sort my sag. I have got a procedure but it quotes 31mm for front forks, actual sag 70mm. Anyone have an idea of the correct settings for at TA, front and rear?

    Hi can anyone tell me how to achieve the recomended sag on the xr250which is between 3-4 inches, i have made all the suggested adjustments and only get about 2 inches and being a short arse i want all i can get. is a lighter weight spring my only option? if so where can i get one from?
