Can anyone advise how i can go about repairing an RD04 fuel level sensor as per the type in the image.
Is there a link available to buy the correct thermistor? I have seen the repair videos but seems this type is different?
Really hoping one of you knowledgeable folk on here can help as I'm having issues with the bike popping on tickover (tickover problems seem common for the nx650 by the looks of things). Sometimes the revs will hang high after small throttle input and other times the revs will drop and die but on...

So, on Friday night I parked my '07 650 TA in the garage, everything was fine. On the Saturday morning I tried to fire it up and it just spun on the starter with no hint of life. I then noticed the green 'key' light was not going out, so that is the HISS warning light. I've had the bike around a...
What is you experience after the decat, do you get blue header pipes colors? Did runs the bike not more the 20in without the O2 sensor elinator, could that be the reason? With the lambda/O2 sensor, would the blue coloring stop?
After fitting a LeoVance decat pipe, I started having problems with the throttle position sensor, so i bought a second hand throttle body, I put the original exhaust back on the bike, fitted the second hand tp sensor on to my throttle body, cleared the fault code from the ECM, hey presto bike...
Took delivery of my new bike camera yesterday, It has two cameras , pic capture , video , collision sensor , HD and was only £30..
Tested it out and the quality is pretty good, Takes a micro SD up to 32GB, does rolling carture and has low light mode
Hi I have a Transalp 650 2003 model, am trying to programme a spare key - cannot get the ECU into registration mode.
I have followed advice on the forums and made a lead with a 100ohm resistor in the positive lead.
Found the CKP sensor joins the loom under the petrol tank near the thermostat...
I am new here and as a Africa Twin owner I need some help with the TripMaster.
Basically, I need to understand how the pair Tripmaster-Speed sensor work. I want to capture the pulse that the Speed sensor generates when the front wheel is turning without having the Tripmaster connected...
looking option to de-cat the XL700v and the good old problem with the oxygen sensor comes back

After fitting a new engine I now have a problem with the temperature gauge, it's stays on 1 bar.
The engine runs 100%, the water pump and thermostat are fine.
I have a spare temperature senser so I pulled off the wire from the bikes sensor and plugged in the spare one and put it in a...
I'm going to change the gaskets at the weekend , just been out to spray all the bolts with WD40 and I noticed that there is what looks like a lambda sensor on the collector box but the wires have been cut . Should a carb model have a lambda ? Thought it was for fuel injection ecu's ?
I changed my air filter last night to a new K&N one (old one was grubby!)
When removing the tank, I removed all of the hoses / fuel sensor cable. Where the smallest tube on the right side of the bike attached, I had fuel coming out. Is this normal? I was sure that no fuel would come out...
I've just fitted an o2 sensor eliminator, and I have to say the bike really has responded well to it, the fuelling is unbelievably smooth. I was also after a louder soundtrack ( not offensive, just nice & deep ), and was going to fit a decat pipe, leaving the standard silencer. I...
