    Evening all, Both my taps on the Xrv don't shut off ! So rather than buy expensive replacements or repair kits I thought about getting and fitting in some other in line shut off taps. Firstly what diameter are the fuel pipes from the petcocks and does anyone have any other ideas or thoughts ...

    Looking for some reassurance from those in the know, was on the forum last night then shut down the laptop switched it on this morning and got a chk disc warning message. I let it do its thing and got screen messages below. Is the lap top on its way out????? Currently using it no issues, but...

    Anyone know what this is? Found it in the corner of a field, middle of no where. Wasn’t locked, the door was counterweighted and came up really easily. I didn’t climb down it, the lid looked a little too likely to drop shut for my liking.

    The Twin has been running like a pile of crap just recently, until today that is!!!, just cleaned out the chokes and shut the buggers off, now revs much more freely hopefully get that 30 miles per tank back that I've been missing for the last couple of months :thumbup:

    on the xl model carb which position is the choke on/open?. is is with the lever uppermost or in its lowest position. bike only starts with lever in lowest position[butterfly shut] then cuts out in uppermost position thanks

    Im not using the brakes the clutch is not pulled . there is a nosie coming from engine somewhere when i shut the throttle off its like the the noise slows up as the bike slows up .is this ticking winding nosie normal .
