Hi I am getting round to sorting the oil leak. Defo on the stator side and most likely that gasket but while I am there I will do all seals/gaskets at the same time - as far as I can tell, there is the main gasket - 11395MM1000 and a smaller one for the timing cover and a few o ring type seals...

I have just bought a used rear wheel for my rd04 and it's not the one I need. The rim is slightly narrower and the hub is different. It has a 130 80 17 on it. Also a smaller rear disc. I have just paid £120 for it,but i'll take £100 for a quick sale. 07890283312 Chris.

Can anyone please help? Due to being short in the leg, I am thinking of fitting a 19" or even 17" front wheel in place of the 21" front wheel that is standard. Would this affect both the speedo and/or mileometer readings? If this occurs how do I solve the problem i.e. different speedo drive...

My newly acquired Transalp needs a chain and sprox set. It's still on the original sprockets, dunno about the chain, but it has a Scottoiler so I reckon the chain may be original. 21k on it, so not beyond the realms of possibility, my VFR still has its original chain at 17k (with Scottoiler)...
