There’s a small amount of storage space under the pillion seat but access requires a spanner to remove two 10 mm screws.
This spanner is in the toolbox by the battery which in turn needs the Allen key under the rider seat.
To make the pillion seat quicker to remove there are two easy...
None of my plug spanners/sockets fit my Alp so I need to get the right one, before I order one has anyone got one laying around that they no longer require and would like to exchange for some beer tokens.
Can any one confirm the following for me please:

So I wanna increase the rear ride height (the previous owner was about 6 inches shorter than me) a smidge and the Haynes manual calls for a c-spanner but doesn't state which size(s) are optimum.
Could someone help with the size?
thanks, again, in advance :)
Intermittent problem, hoping to nail it before it becomes a permanent problem - no light on when gear is in neutral.
For a while on my commute this morning, the neutral light stopped working. It was fine when I set off, stopped for a while, then was fine again.
Any ideas what to look at first...
Can anyone tell me what C spanner I need to get for my genuine rear shock please. I asked at Honda last week and they produced a few different versions. They didn't have one listed in the tool kit section, so I guess the bike doesn't come with one. The locking ring and adjuster ring look...
I've ordered some alternative main jets for altitude. In the XR400 Haynes manual it says the main jet can be removed via the drain plug on the float bowl. Honda don't supply whatever type spanner is used for this, does anybody know what size and type of spanner fits?
