I will be using the bike for on and off road .I have had a look at maxxis IT they look good is 110/100/18 the bigest I can do ?

Split the cases on 97 XRV750 but now during assembly the rear cylinder cam shaft sprocket timing marks slightly off...could it be off one tooth on lower sprocket, any suggestions? As you can see in attached photo the left side horizontal mark is about a half or quarter tooth below the right...
For a 74 xl350e any experience or suggestion on which carb to use I am having a hard time locating exactly which carb to use. There seems to be a few variations of the mikuni vm38 and the 38 mm one from kelhin I don't need to use the original choke cable. I just can't afford the 200-300 original...

All good apart from the rear disc has an advisory "slightly juddering brake" I cannot feel in day to day riding but shows in the brake test gauge. Will look to replace over the winter, any suggestion...

I refer to the rear shock. I was thinking of adding a sleeve made from a cut up rear tube and slipping it :knob:over the shock to protect it from crud 'n stuff.

just come back from the MOT and.... again the rear wheel bearings need to be changed...
the hub race is too loose and is literally eating the bearings out once they are fiitted...:(
they do not last more than 1000miles..
any suggestion before looking for a new hub?
