Im getting a wheel respoked for my @ and want to use the best rim tape so I have looked on ebay and it looks very thin. I have some used pieces of rubber membrane I used to waterproof a roof and it was way more expensive than I thought and very good quality. Will this be better to use than £1.99...
Was out on me sunday run when suddenly i saw the left hand fairing panel moving .when i stopped on investigation the top lug underneath that slides on has broken ,stuck it withe double sided tape for now , that will have to do, till i come up with a solution
Heading over to Spain and France soon what do you seasoned travelers do about headlight beams? Do I need to fit beam benders, bits of black tape or nothing at all? How hot are the gendarmes on this kind of thing.
The rear light lens fell off my bike today and bounced down the road. Luckily I was on a group ride and the guy behind stopped to retrieve it.
Re-affixed with EXTRA gaffer tape and also zip-ties so hopefully it won't fall off again. Superglued over the crack so hopefully that will keep it...

I go a high level system for my Ural. It is made for the bike, but there is a danger of a pillion's leg getting burnt if not careful, so I want to buy some of that fibreglass strip that can be wrapped around the pipe work, to insulate from injury.
