For now I will share with you link to a Serbian moto-forum,BJBIKERS, where I post everything I do on my...

Hi all, it's been a while, hope you are all well and loving your new / old ATs :D Sold mine, didn't want to but ironically the difference from an older GS funded our ADV to Spain to hunt down some of those Africa Twin film locations from the original marketing videos. Can't make this up if you...

So how do you go about choosing a proper size fuse? I received my new 3 circuit setup and would like to get it installed now. One line is going to my gps and another to the rear trunk. is there a rule of thumb to use for figuring things out? Also for the switched circuits can I use a rear turn...

Oh yes. Deano's new shiney Africa Twin DCT would not start with a flat battery and you cant bump them (I think??) so the jump leads out and my old AT saved the day! :thumb:
  8. Dominator / FMX
Morning All, Has anyone had a go at fitting just a top yoke from any of the Honda family? I'm wondering if an XR600 or an XR650L may fit the dommi? I know the ignition switch could be an issue but its more does it fit the forks and stem ok? Reason I ask is I am trying to find a yoke with...

There’s a small amount of storage space under the pillion seat but access requires a spanner to remove two 10 mm screws. This spanner is in the toolbox by the battery which in turn needs the Allen key under the rider seat. To make the pillion seat quicker to remove there are two easy...

  11. Transalp
Hi folks...first post on here, it's probably been done to death so apologies in advance: As a first-time TA owner, I'm after some crash bars and pannier racks (plus panniers eventually) I've seen the usual suspects on Ebay, (Givi, Heed, Hepco & Becker, SW motech) and a couple of eastern...

This one belongs to my friend. Max weight is 22lbs on that rack (so says the sticker). He had 17lbs of "survial tools and equipement". He went for medium off-roading. Nothing hard. Did a small jump over a ridge and... crack !!! Would you bring less for a day of off-roading ?
  13. Africa Twin

  15. Dominator / FMX
Howzit from SA! Im on my second Dominator rebuild - this time a '95 Italian built model. The rear shock (stock) seems fine, but the spring was crap. The length was well within spec, so I sent it off to be re-tempered. I did this before with my last Dommie, and it worked a treat. Now - when...
  16. XR Technical Specs
Hi there I've just put on an arrow exhaust system and I'm wondering what I can do in the carb when this system is on it. Has anyone done this to their exhaust and carb. I'm not overly confident of not ballsing it up.. Where should I be looking as a starting point? Keihin PDN 2B [After 0'3] Main...

I've been thinking about relocating the fuel pump (Facet), anyone any ideas or pictures if they've done it? I'm hoping to relocate it higher up in behind the main fairing somewhere. I did look into fitting it by the carbs, but I think it might be too large. Thanks in advance :thumb:
