    hey, indicated last night...& the clock-lights, trip meter & neutral light etc all went out. Removed relay & checked/cleaned earth point front left...still no change. Was intermittent last night. Clues anyone before all tools come out?

    Has anyone ever punched out the RD03 650 engine? I know Africa Queens will take the 750 up to 880, but has anyone ever done anything with the 650? Has anyone ever installed the digital tripmeter from the later models on an RD03? If so, let me know what I need.

    my trip meter is showing signs of the dreaded all fat ladies display (all 8,s). i have seen various posting on the web about this problem but no solution other than a german ebay site offering to sell a repair manual, i think! Anybody know the cure?

    Hope some one can cast some light on my latest problem. When I drive above 80mph my trip meter goes blank and resets its self to zero. It works without any probs below that speed but as soon as I hit 80 it goes blank. HELP. The bike doesnt appear to have any probs at that speed just the trip...

    When testing the bike it became overheated and the Cooling Fan did not turn on. So I checked the fuse .. Hmm, Looks Ok. So I removed the tank and the Fan, hooked it on 12 V and it turned. I measured the connector comming from the bike, no 12 V?!?! :confused: Let's check the fuse again, Looks ok...
