In the box of parts that came with the '89 NX650 that I just bought, I found the metal plate/sticker that shows the VIN, tire pressure info, model year, etc. Where does this thing belong on the bike? I want to glue it back on, but I can't find it on parts diagrams.
  3. Transalp
Just wondering if this is normal on a 650 Alp - there seems to be a serial / engine / VIN number party visible on the clocks - Not sure what or why it’s like that you’d think the entire number should be seen????

Ok I've found a frame with v5 and some other parts. It's been in a shed for some years in a dismantled state. According to the owner it was a one owner grey import which is verified by the v5. It says first registered to an independent importer. It's an Italian factory model but can someone...

My first Post... I have just aquired an RD 03 vin # RD03 10004xx to keep my crf1000 dct company in the garage. It is 99% original but needs just a little care to make it excellent. Question.. Was this bike an early Japanese domestic build ? It does have a “speed” light and I think Japan...

This is free as it came with the RD03 I recently bought. It's textile with leather shoulders and elbows. It is a size 54, which is too large for me otherwise I would keep it. I think it's from the 80s, but I have no way to verify that. Well used, but it's FREE. I can send pics if you want them.

Hi All, Brand new here and I just got my hands on what I believe to be a 2000 AT, even though it was first registered in 5/2002 and is gold and black although it appears the tank may have been blue at one point, which is kinda strange. A little bit of blue is showing at a chipped area of the...
