Hi, my 16 yr old XL650 has a strange noise coming from the front cylinder bottom. It is audible when hot at idle rpm, it goes away when the rpm increases. Not for wheelies - for repairs and the like . . . . Had to take it into a shop to get a front tyre fitted and I've a speedo fault now so need to get the front wheel off. 11. Dominator / FMX
Hi I get an occasional engine cut out on a 1999 Dominator. It happens randomly about 3 times a year during winter (I use it daily). But it's always the same: riding to work, everything warm, it just dies. This happens idling, accelerating, or doing anything really. Electrics seem fine but it...

Having being away from the forum for a few years after selling my Transalp, it's great to be back, this time with my dream bike, an Africa Twin '97 RD07a. The place has certainly changed, but I'm still indebted for all the great advice that I received when prepping the 'Alp for the trip to...

Hi all, I 've an Rd04 with an intermittent idle fault. She starts and runs incredibly well but when the bike sits and idle's once it's warm about every 2 -3 minutes it misses a beat or stalls. I've messed around with the idle but doesn't seems to make any difference. Anyone with any ideas ...
