Had a bit of a nightmare yesterday after installing new pistons reassembling the heads and getting the engine back in the frame quite nicely disaster struck. When torquing down the small 6mm bolt in the cylinder head it snapped like a bit of cheese. As usual this was the last bolt.

Anyone taken the oil strainer out of the bottom of their frame?
Tried removing it yesterday, so i could check it, and get frame ready for powder coat, but could not get it to undo.
Tried interlocking two spanners to get a higher torque, but still no joy.
Any tips on removal???

it stuttered and went to one pot at the traffic lights yesterday then cleared and was OK .rode it tonight and it is intermittent between tickover and 3000 rpm stuttering and going to one pot then clearing.
