your probably talking about the bottom one but we always have fitted anderson connectors (thats the top one) on all the vehicles and now the bikes too, when hidden out the way its strong enough to use to connect a back up battery ('paddock battery') and save the onboard one, its also an easy way to connect a charger, use as a 12v feed.... etc without having to remove panels and so on... thats a monster one at 175 amp, we fit the 50 amp ones which cost us £6.50(+vat per side) if anybody wants one.
