I think I know the answer to this but ill check anyway if anyone can confirm.
Am I right in saying that the 4 mountings for the screen are as follows
2 rubber well nuts inserted in the screen itself that then sit BEHIND the fairing and another 2 well nuts that get pushed through the fairing that just expand when tightened to grip the outermost fixings?
Just checking as im fiber glassing in strengthening pieces behind the 4 mounting holes and if the 2 middle well nuts stay behind the fairing I wont fully open up those 2 holes through the fibreglass(so the well nuts remain behind more securely and cant pull through the fairing)
Thanks in advance

what year bike? the 600 transalp screen design was changed around 1993-1994

this is the 1986-1993 screen

this is the 1994-1999 style, note the upper two "holes" are different, they are not "holes", more like "gaps"
