A friend of mine, based in Lithuania, has a line on steel cables that can be used to secure items to bikes.
As far as I know, thickness can be 2, 3 4 or 6mm (possibly also other thicknesses) and the length is customisable. There'd be a loop at either end and it'd be shrouded in 2mm plastic.
I've ordered up a 50cm length to secure my helmet and 1.7cm length (of 3mm +2mm of shrouding) to secure my Magadans or my jacket/boots/trousers etc.
I'm here just to gauge the level of interest, if any, in the product.
We've yet to sort out a price point but it'd be in the low 10s of euros - more expensive than doing it yourself, cheaper than amazon is the target.
Feedback, thoughts and opinions on all aspects would be much appreciated.
