Umm, how sad am I? I kept reloading the English pages trying to see if I could hit the English Shop link before the redirection to the page of those damn ladies
I wonder how easy it would be to fit longer forks from something else maybe? As the price of those forks seems to be a bit out of my price range. I guess AT forks would fit but not sure if the brake callipers would line up. I'm a bit dubious of using those screw in fork extenders as I worry the extra leverage on the extended fork stanchions could cause problems and flexing.
I just purchased a 1989/90 Transalp with 80,000km plus on the odo in Beirut, Lebanon. I great bike for the roads and conditions we have here. I am in love with this thing.

Please can someone tell me where the horns located as I don't wanna pull off the front needlessly and it's not somewhere in plain sight.
Also is there a way to reduce the amount of sag I get and with a pillion I feel we squash the bike.

Right a lot is said about the chain tension needing to be ‘a bit slacker’ and whilst I totally agree with it I have yet to see anyone put a figure
as to the new slacker tension and whether it is set :-

On the centre stand
Or as I do it with someone sat on the bike.
